大家好,小弟最近肩頸痠痛三四個月
已經求過醫也找過幾間自費物理治療所,
做一些治療後雖有改善但是仍困擾生活.
其中幾位醫生跟治療師都有點出可能是幾個原因造成我的肩頸痠痛
包含了姿勢不良、體態不良(如圓肩跟輕微駝背)、肌力不足、長時間久坐又不訓練等等
種種原因導致我的身體沒辦法支撐太久就會開始痠痛
所以想要嘗試看看利用重量訓練和健身的方式鍛鍊身體改善體態跟肌肉,
看能不能改善我的狀況,所以想要請各位大大們推薦一下
新竹、竹北一帶有沒有專業的一對一教練很擅長改善痠痛的呢?
主要是想尋找會根據學員狀況、疼痛部位、體態問題開設訓練菜單的教練
如果是有物理治療師背景的教練更好
