斷斷續續做有氧的總時數及效果 - 健身

我最近用直排輪來做有氧
但是因為有點生疏了
姿勢還沒調好
而且腳力應該也還不夠(我160cm/96kg)
所以沒辦法持續溜
因為溜久了腳會痠而且會鐵腿
前幾週
我都用100公尺(一圈)約23s的速度溜
大約溜五圈就要休息一陣子
我的計畫是照板上看到的有氧四十五分鐘來做
一次大約共30圈
也就是四十五鐘大約只有11.5分鐘是真的在溜
其他都在休息
這周我特地溜慢
一圈變大約33.6s
腳因此比較不痠
可以一次溜八九圈
溜冰總時數變19分鐘這樣
所以我的問題終於來了XD
1.
請問
大約說的有氧要做四十五分鐘這件事
我這樣算是有做到嗎?
還是我必須算真正在溜的時間?
就理論而言
我爬文看來
有氧時間必須要長
就我理解好像是要讓游離脂肪酸不被胰島素抑制
這樣看來
我溜了23秒跑去休息的話
胰島素應該不至於因此馬上那麼快回升吧XD
我是外行 所以只是猜測QQ
所以這樣看來
應該是算我開始溜到回家有四十五分鐘就好?

假如我依網路上溜冰一分鐘耗多少熱量去算
我應該用45分鐘去乘
還是二十分鐘XD

還有如果查有氧無氧比例對時間關係的那個表
我應該看哪一欄XD
雖然好像不必那麼計較
但我還是好奇想問一下

再補充一個問題
我溜慢的那次休息一分鐘左右才想到要測心跳
我計時數了五十下
心跳大約130bpm
假如我能維持有氧該有的心跳率
那我應該盡量往溜慢總時數長
還是溜快但總時數短的方向做呢?
