看來看去,好像間歇性斷食的定義大家不太一樣?
之前在一分鐘健身教室提到,間歇性斷食是正常日的維持正常飲食,而斷食日集中在12-1
4點吃完,斷食日的飲食熱量為500-600大卡
但後來在這個版看到所謂16/8、20/4的方式
並且主張「只是改變時間而不用改變飲食方式」
就我的理解應該是,正常日一樣飲食,而斷食日在8小時或4小時內吃完當天的總熱量吧
這樣的說法好像跟史考特醫生最初文章的內容不盡相同
是以訛傳訛的結果,還是這是兩種不同的斷食方法?
效果和原理是否相同?
