1.實驗中高蛋白組的碳水量是變動的,由20g/
天加到120g/天,以我個人經驗,在沒有刻意
控制熱量下(實驗中此組並未控制),增加
碳水量,體重回升是必然,實驗如此設計似乎
是為了符合阿金飲食(?),但高蛋白飲食一
定要在達到目標體重後增加碳水攝食量?似乎
未必。2.就如我之前說的,實驗結束後就沒有
在監控飲食,天曉得他們吃了什麼,如果受試
者的直覺準,一開始就不會胖。因此,我覺
得,實驗只說明,阿金飲食模式會在碳水增加
時體重上升,但阿金不等於高蛋白飲食,就像
低醣飲食不等同生酮飲食一樣。另外,用問券
調查結果來推導結論並不恰當。
還有,我沒記錯的話,不刻意吃瘦肉或肥肉,
蛋白質脂肪比會1:1,即熱量會4:9,這樣算以
70公斤成人每天吃2g/day蛋白質來算
蛋白質為 140g
脂肪 140g
碳水算50g好了
其熱量為560:1260:200 共2020大卡
其比例為 27%:62%:11%
這樣算高蛋白還是高脂飲食?
