斷食後復食 - 健身

如題
小弟上週二(十八號)拿到了體檢報告
有出現三高的症狀(多數偏高)
醫生建議我控制飲食
然後我接下來幾天都早餐吃一小碗燕麥泡水
跟晚餐吃一碗菜跟 一塊鮭魚肉 搭配每天在家裡運動有氧跟重訓約30-40分鐘
食量越來越小,從22號(週六晚上八點吃完飯)
就直接斷食兩天,到今天25號早上起床應該差不多5x個小時
這幾天這樣也減了4公斤多
想說差不多可以復食了
不過一樣會保持運動跟減少飲食
網路上及板上查到的大概都是說 復食 第一餐要喝湯 或是一點點堅果
那我想 我是否第一餐就 可能去超商 裝關東煮的湯 然後拿一些蘿蔔(不吃)
搭配堅果 或果汁
第二餐 吃點鮭魚肉 跟菜
復食第二天也如此
接著復食第三天 就開始 少量但恢復飲食這樣
這樣對於身體應該沒事吧?
很多人都說復食跟斷食還難
不想因為短暫的斷食而讓身體變得更爛
