撇除打藥黑魔法, 最有可能就是心臟衰竭
有研究發現 人一生心跳次數是有限的,
運動狂熱者,可能就是提早把有限的心跳次數用完,
雖然適度運動能讓心肺功能變強,
但是過度運動 反而消耗了較多的心跳次數, 導致心臟提早衰竭.
目前也有很多研究正在推翻這個研究
畢竟運動健身牽扯到太多商業利益,
商人肯定也會花錢請人寫研究報告反駁, 真正的事實為何可能很難知道.
健身適度中庸就好, 除非你是要比賽的選手, 才需要燃燒生命.
