大家晚安
截至明天中午將完成六天的斷食
(早上只喝一杯優酪乳(300cc左右)剩下都水和咖啡,偶而下午一瓶零卡可樂)
期間一樣每天早上跑四千
做一些間歇性運動的體操(波比跳&側棒式抬腿操...etc)兩輪
體重從62拉至57.6左右
預估明天中午將可以順利抵達目標體重57kg(未來預估保持再58~59即可)
目前也很明顯感受到腰部的贅肉消了不少
(坐下來的時候比較不會凸出來的程度了)
而復食後的第一餐
目前看youtube那個外國人醫生的影片https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r05ap_pAAeA
是建議要吃一些不需要太多酵素幫忙消化的食物
因為身體酵素低 吃牛排等..太油膩會身體很不舒服
例如水煮青菜 生菜沙拉 水煮雞肉,鮭魚之類
但還是想問看看大家復食後第一餐建議吃甚麼比較好
另外 還有一個問題就是 我真的很想去大吃一頓 牛排..壽喜燒..燒肉XD
復食第一餐之後 應該甚麼時候才可以去吃呢? 謝謝
