相信板上還有很多強者巨巨
小弟我簡單分享兩個月的數據
本來想拍照但我不太會拍照
怎麼拍怎麼醜
等體脂肪再低點再拍

歷時大概兩個月
1.每天早上8點必練 如果當天放假晚上二練
2.每天的飲食就好市多一盒鮭魚握壽司加酪梨雞肉沙拉再加乳清100g蛋白質
3.近半個月177斷食
中午12點進食到晚上7點結束
4.每天很單純的吃練睡工作
其中因為新跟女朋友在一起
喝過兩次酒且晚睡 有點傷
各自多浪費3天的時間調整回來
不然我認為數據可以再更好一點
以上簡單分享
一起在健身的路上加油打氣
這次回來認真訓練希望可以參加明年府城杯 所以這篇算是給自己的第一篇紀錄文章
Ps.雖說時間是兩個月
但大家可以看到數據幾乎是近一個月成長比較明顯
前一個月的心態是把以前運動的狀態跟心態慢慢抓回來
後一個月感覺狀態很好
再把運動強度抓上去 數據就蠻漂亮的
真心推薦要進步成長
好好的吃練睡真的很重要
以前比較年輕矛起來練 但不注重練睡
身體感受還是輸現在很多
