不過這篇文章是指回教徒的齋戒月期間的斷食行為,導致腸胃不適的人增加
但他們怎麼吃怎麼斷,這可能跟我們的飲食習慣差異很大。
就我看過的一些資料而言,包括我自己的經驗
普遍來講,斷食對腸胃是好的,很多人有腸胃問題都因為斷食而改善。
我自己也因為斷食而改善胃脹氣問題,或至少比以前更舒適一點
很多人有腸胃炎的經驗,餓個一兩天,自然就好了
斷食沒食物剌激胃,也自然減少胃酸分泌,減輕胃的負擔
但斷食那本書也有提到對於胃食道逆流的患者,是有可能加重病情。
也有朋友執行斷食而加重胃食道逆流,而停止斷食。
還有就是復食的問題,較長時間的斷食,復食切忌突然大吃,也可能會傷胃
要特別注意,雖然較多人斷食可以改善胃的問題,但還是有一些人狀況反而加重
若執行斷食的話,斷食其間還是要密切觀察自己的身體反應。
好或壞因人而異,問問自己的身體最準。不要不舒服還硬斷。
