最近實施18/6斷食法
(ㄧ個月)
但效果不是這麼顯著(94kg->93)
我的作息是早上10點起床第ㄧ餐
下午2點重訓 下午4點進食
皆以蛋白質為主食,少碳水少油
然後開始斷食到隔天起床(早上10點)
請問我需要把時間調整嗎
改成起床時不進食至重訓完後的進食為第ㄧ餐?
