旅行中的飲食控制 - 健身

因為剛出國一趟回來(其實回來一段時間了XD)
在出國的時候因為時間都被綁死 場地也有限制 就不能像平常一樣吃跟運動
自由行的話也許還好(不過我也是好幾天都沒有吃到任何一根青菜...找不到阿)
跟團就只能旅行社安排吃什麼就吃什麼 可能會很油很鹹很辣
也沒有自己能夠支配的運動時間 可能一天坐十幾個小時的車都沒辦法動
也可能整天都在爬山走路...
像這種情況下大家怎麼辦呢?
1.出來玩就盡興 所以就隨他去 還是
2.在可能的範圍內還是盡量控制飲食跟運動 或者
3.其他
