剛剛看完國興[老師沒教的事],裡面介紹一種適合沒有運動習慣的人的運動方式
,説好處多多,跑個一個月,每天三十分鐘,降血壓,膽固醇,體脂,還可以增進大腦
前額葉46發育(可以加強人的決斷力和緩和情緒)和毛細血管的增加,減脂效果比
健走好,約為1.5倍。
參加試驗的三個中年中年男女,沒有運動習慣,第一天測試跑400m,
正常慢跑速度,停下來的第一句話都是好累,25天後大約以1時20分左右跑完10km,
達成以前無法想像可以完成的目標,反正說的很神奇就是了
以時速4~5km左右,姿勢為
1.背部打直,稍往前傾,腳板會微微前傾。
2.下巴不要內縮,要有點往上
3.腳步往下踩,不要往後踩,不要撇腿或是用力抬腿,輕輕跑就是了。
剛剛在家試跑,覺得不錯耶,不會很喘很痛苦,邊看電視就慢慢跑了一個小時
