請大家幫我解答快走的疑問 - 健身

大家好~我是體適能新手 >/////<
自己的BMI在正常值,但是覺得自己身體太差 (我是女生)
想活久一點,所以在一個多禮拜前開始去運動中心運動
第一週:坡度2、速度5.7 (我不知道單位是什麼,儀器上顯示的)
→半小時1.8公里
第二週:坡度3、速度6.6
→半小時3公里
有些微的進步覺得很開心,而且大、小腿都明顯緊實很多
然後是肚子跟腰都變小了
目前:30分鐘快走→拉筋→划步機 or 健身車20分鐘→拉筋結束
然後自己在家裡會練啞鈴 (運動中心太多MAN人在舉啞鈴,自己在那邊好害羞 >/////<)
現在對我自己快走有一些問題想問大家:
1. 快走的時候我一定要抓扶手,不然就會明顯的歪到右邊去...... (平衡感太差?)
這樣會影響到快走的效果嗎?
2. 快走的時候需不需要夾緊臀部?
因為發現自己的臀部沒什麼改變......而且屁股沒什麼肉,坐久了屁股會痛
中醫也叫我屁股要練一些肉比較好
一個多禮拜紮紮實實的瘦了一公斤、便秘的問題也改善很多
(早、中餐都吃正常、運動前一小時吃點小餅乾或是喝牛奶)
這樣的我有沒有什麼問題需要改進呢?
或是應該要增加什麼項目會更好?
