體重:54.5公斤
BMI:18
我不是要減肥喔!!是要鍛鍊身材的!
體脂率: 今年初有量,大約是20%左右

三餐內容
早餐:饅頭夾蛋夾肉鬆+半糖溫豆漿、雞肉三明治、生菜雞肉捲、御飯糰+馬鈴薯沙拉
鮪魚蛋餅 (或鮪魚蛋)+7-11英式奶茶
我早餐不忌口,想吃什麼就吃
午餐:炒飯、燒臘便當、韓式鍋燒麵、小籠包、鍋貼、水餃、玉米濃湯
因為工作關係都下午2~3點吃中餐
晚餐:蘇打餅乾5片+牛奶、生菜沙拉一盒
其他:
偶爾會喝半糖手搖紅茶
幾乎不喝綠茶,因為會心悸
日常作息時間:
六點半下班、去健身房運動
回家約九點,10點半~11點準時上床睡覺
早上七點半起床
生活型態:
一直坐在辦公室的上班族
運動習慣:
1. 快走30分鐘:坡度3、速度6.6公里/小時、心跳率 hr (儀器上顯示的 @@a)
2. 划步機或是健身車:15~20分鐘
做完這些後拉筋2~3分鐘收工
而且這些就足夠讓我一直擦汗 (果然體能很差)
3. 回家舉啞鈴左右手各30下 、仰臥起坐30下 (慢慢增加中)
我的問題:
飲食上我還是會忌口甜食與油炸物
想要讓全身線條更棒、讓自己身體更好 (以前爬個樓梯就超級喘)
現有的運動習慣我應該要慢慢的加上什麼?
還有,我非常想練腹肌啊!!
請大家給我建議了!!
