早上十點~十一點走新竹十八尖山 - 減肥

我是個新手媽媽 寶寶明天就滿十一個月
產後八個月才正式減肥
每天三餐正常 吃到基代 但是運動不正常 希望可以徵到一起爬山的朋友
目前體脂:26.2%左右 (早上十點左右量)
目標:23%
可以用line互相鼓勵 前一天約隔天運動碰面的時間
基本上以快走為主 從入口走到幸福亭再走回入口 預計40分鐘完成
我會帶著我的寶寶一起去 推車推她走
若覺得不過癮 可以再走一趟 如果時間允許
因為中午要上班 所以最晚 早上十一點四十五分要離開十八尖山
要把寶寶送到保母那 再去上班

不強迫規定要每天走 但可以固定周幾去走
希望大家夏天都可以健康的瘦下來
