早上吃什麼才不會拉肚子? - 健身

這個問題其實困擾我很久了,但因為有點難以啓齒...
我盡量修飾了用詞XD
希望可以請大家給我點建議(跪)
我的腸胃屬於易蠕動(?)型,沒有便秘的困擾過。
但相反的是,我很容易拉肚子,而且都是早上。
所以我不也敢喝咖啡,怕太刺激腸胃。
記得以前大考當天都不敢吃東西,
因為餓著比拉肚子好(淚)
早上吃過燕麥片泡豆漿或者是三明治/麵包配豆漿/牛奶,
也有想說會不會是豆漿/牛奶的原因,
試著不喝結果也一樣(攤)
有看過中醫,她只有跟我說壓力太大...
我還跟她說,我在想是不是早上喝豆漿的關係,因為中午/晚上喝都不會,
結果換來她不信的說:還有這樣的噢。
吃中藥那一陣子確實就沒有這個困擾了,
可是連也變得無法正常排便。
雖然我常安慰自己說至少比便秘好,
還想說是不是乾脆更早吃早餐這樣就不會影響後面的行程...
但還是希望可以從飲食上改善,
