早上有氧 下午重訓 - 減肥

之前都是下午時段一次約兩個小時
有氧+重訓(先後順序不一定)
很累
又加上最近爬文發現有氧跟重訓除非逼不得已否則別一起做
所以目前調整自己訓練方式,如下
每天早上有氧一小時(約七點)
慢跑+腳踏車
(跑之前吃個巧克力,跑完再吃早餐)
下午大約(三點到五點這段時間,要看當天情況)
此時早上消耗體力早已恢復
再重訓一小時
三餐部分到沒刻意規劃
以少油少糖為原則
我想要詢問這樣分時段避開應該效果比較好吧?
還是同一天效果一樣不好?
乾脆每天做一種時間一樣拉長兩三小時,分開做?
只是有氧兩小時我可能會往生,有更好建議嗎?
我主要目的是單純訓練自己體能
(讓仰臥起坐,伏地挺身,3000M,成績好一點)
減肥是順便
畢竟每天吃同樣的東西吃一星期我就會煩
