早上起床健身前大家都吃什麼 - 健身

各位巨巨好
我是超級新手中的新手
剛健身大約一個禮拜左右
健身前也是有默默的爬文
但還是想詢問一下關於健身前要吃什麼
我目前都是起床後吃一顆b群維他命
然後711買一根香蕉茶葉蛋跟桂冠的
顆粒燕麥飲料
請問這樣吃ok的嗎
重訓的話我都是上半身做完3組就
換下半身3組然後再上半身這樣循環
還有最近做到關節處有些瘀血 是否該休息一下(目前做六休一)一天大概待兩個小時
目前約178/66 體脂約21%
