我看蠻多人建議在早上起床上廁所之後量體脂肪和體重
可是我發現我早上起床後量的體脂肪
都比晚上吃飽運動後的體脂肪還要高.....
請問一下 到底要看哪個才準啊>"<
每次晚上量的數字低 隔天早上起來卻又變高了
明明我晚上飯後就沒有再吃東西 為甚麼會增加體脂啊??
是水腫嗎>"< (不好意思 是新手 請鞭小力一點)
