早上運動先吃還是後吃早餐? - 減肥

我最近大概進行快兩個月的增肌減脂健康減肥了
也幾乎天天看finess版吸收新知
健康減肥感覺很好餒
話說我有個問題
我是想要進行早上運動(趁去實驗室之前)
早餐大概吃早餐店的培根蛋吐司不加美乃滋
之前大概都吃完大概10分鐘就到重訓室去跑步或重訓了
但剛又有看到文章說運動前提高胰島素會減少脂肪消耗
所以覺得這樣是不是不好?
是不是要調整一下
還是要改成 起床後吃點水果(ex:香蕉)
然後就可以馬上去運動
然後運動完再吃早餐呢?
還是說食物不是重點
重點是吃完要消化半小時以上才能運動?
