請問各位
小弟屬於傍晚會想睡很睏的人
但如果回家又做訓練的話容易又睡意全消
然後又不小心拖到很晚才睡
所以我想改成我早上早起來練
不曉得這樣早起練會有什麼要注意的嗎?
像是一定要吃早餐或少吃東西之類的
也有人也是上班前練完再去上班的嗎?
