之前去船上實習兩個禮拜
每天就是十點睡 早上六點半起床
就這樣持續了兩個多禮拜
下船後我回到家發現體重瘦了兩公斤耶
肚子外面的肉少了很多
重點是 這兩個禮拜 我的飲食跟平常差不多 只是很少吃到蛋
三餐都有吃
甚至有時候還吃比較多
請問早睡又作息正常 會減肥?
