早餐只喝豆漿 - 健身

想請問大家這樣長期下來會不會營養不夠@@更容易發胖沒辦法長肌肉
因為住學校買早餐還要繞路
所以通常都直接買販賣機的統一豆漿(含糖的)或者糙米漿
一天吃四餐(午餐晚餐都正常吃)
運動完會配地瓜再加牛奶(偶爾換成無糖豆漿)
因為上次老師看到我早餐只喝豆漿
就提醒我這樣對身體不好要搭配一點麵包或吐司
可是其實我喝一杯豆漿就不太餓了XDD
然後當然主要是我一天這樣吃已經吃到TDEE(-300)了
然後荷包又不太深這樣XD
