早餐吃水果可行嗎? - 健身

最近兩個月來 幾乎每天都會去自修室念書
時間大約是9:00~21:30
午晚餐都一定要吃外面 因為沒有時間回家弄
以前都自己煮 低油低鹽好健康 這陣子吃外面好鹹都水腫Q_Q
只有早餐可以自己做 想說可不可以靠早餐吃水果補足一天不足的量
如果吃 無糖豆漿450ml + 蘋果一顆 這樣可行嗎?
或是 豆漿450ml+蘋果半顆+一片烤土司 ?
(有時精神差會喝咖啡 但感覺很沒營養...)
學校附近外食能選的不多 麵食居多而且熱量都不低
希望早餐能營養一點但熱量也要控制
請大家給我意見 感謝> <
