最近想減重
爬文大家都說早餐可以吃的豐富一點
不過想請教大家
如果我把澱粉類集中在早餐吃可以嗎?
中餐晚餐就盡量不碰澱粉~吃蔬菜跟蛋白質
例如~
吃飯阿~吃麵阿~
我前兩天吃咖哩飯
這樣會不會傷身體之類的押?

最近老師上課有提到"南灘減肥法"
聽說美國前前總統柯林頓先生是用此方法減重
不過爬文發現戰的有點嚴重
其實它是有原理的
如果有定時追蹤其實是很安全的
假如= =
大家真的有興趣
我可以盡量把整個方法及作用分享給大家
不過~真有點複雜
恩...我只是說說意見~不要戰我唷!!
