最近早餐為了逃避油膩
改採以下這種吃法
紅豆先煮一大鍋起來放
用吃泡麵的大碗 裝著一大匙紅豆+無糖大燕麥片+一匙半奶粉
沖泡成一碗類似紅豆粥的東西來喝
請問這樣一碗粗估的熱量大概是多少阿??
請板上眾高手幫我解答一下 謝謝!!
