星期一小弟固定在體育課時間去重訓室練握推,
我們學校很寒酸....
只有一台史密斯機加兩個可調式臥推板 + N片總重N的槓片 (沒仔細算過) + 槓鈴
其實還有一個1~10KG的啞鈴組,不過小弟很少去用XD,
小弟現在都做FREE WEIGHT,
之前用過史密斯機推,不過感覺還是FREE WEIGHT比較爽~
小弟習慣用60KG做第一組,再來慢慢降重,共六組。
本班有一個愛好街舞的同學,有點自大,
很愛炫耀(依然伏地挺身一百下...不過不一樣的是,他只做半程Orz)
結果那天他看到我在推60KG,
可能心理想說他也可以!
於是我練完後他就跟我說他也要試試,
那個時候我就有點囧了,因為他只用過史密斯機練握推,而且只推40kg,
我不放心,找了三個人來護槓,避免我反應太慢沒接住,
然後正當我們三人都放手,確定他已經握緊之後,
說時遲那時快,
我只看到他手稍微往下壓一點點,就瞬間整個垮下來了....
而且槓鈴還是掉在脖子附近,
還好我們有即時接住.......
事後我們護槓組都還蠻無言的....
希望他能記住這次的教訓不要在太自大Orz...
不然下次可能沒那麼幸運了(攤)
