因為我習慣一個禮拜量一次體脂肪和體重
就是每個星期日起床如廁後
所以就發明了所謂的
"星期六環保日"
也就是
星期一到星期六中午
都是按照菜單規劃
好好吃各種食物
但是星期六晚上
晚餐菜單就是
烤地瓜300g
川燙地瓜葉250g+一點醬油
一罐低脂牛奶290cc
水果再來個奇異果或是火龍果
然後隔天想當然爾
就把一整個禮拜累積的廢物好好的清理乾淨囉
我覺得這樣蠻好的 XD
不知道大家會不會這樣
不過最近不是地瓜的季節
黃的吃起來很乾
紅的胡籮蔔味道超級重
哈哈
問老闆他說中秋節過後就是地瓜產季囉~
