在健身房練硬舉跟深蹲的時候,
很常被教練糾正姿勢,
也是不像是要賣課的樣子,
就純粹自己姿勢不好,
因為被他們提點之後感受度有大幅提升。
但是短期之內又沒有預算上教練課,
目前下背已經經常性痠痛,
大概也是自己硬舉跟深蹲都硬幹才會這樣,
目前看來我是不是別再練這兩個動作比較好?
那請問有沒有推薦的代替動作或是器材?
