大家好 開始減脂一段時間了
最近幾周為增加強度 加入核心運動
我訓練的方式是平躺、臀部懸空
、雙腳分別往上伸展的姿勢
不知是否施力不當 持續幾周後 我的後腰開始隱隱作痛 這幾天更加嚴重 連睡覺翻身
至某一邊都疼痛不已
是否已經造成嚴重運動傷害 需至復健科求診呢?
另求有無較不會造成傷害的核心運動呢?這幾天都無法運動,心情好差呀!謝謝大家~~
