是否該繼續減脂 - 健身

各位前輩大家好
小弟從三個月前開始正式減肥
健身房一週四練+高蛋白減碳飲食的方式
體重成功的從101降到現在的85上下
體脂率最近沒什麼機會量 (每次去健身房都有進食)
但光目測就認為結實很多 (跟以前同體重的自己比)
自認成果算是不錯的XD
現在的問題是,
體態離目標還是有一點距離,很想繼續減脂
但減碳減脂已經持續三個月了
是否該先休息一個月恢復正常飲食?
還是改走碳循環飲食,
有練就正常碳水,沒練就繼續減碳飲食?
請問前輩們有什麼建議嗎?
p.s.因為是半外食族,減脂期的每日碳水攝取還是有到3~50g
