三餐內容
早餐:1.蔬菜三明治(兩片土司+番茄+苜宿芽+美生菜+紫色高麗菜),有一點莎拉醬
2.自製饅頭夾蛋+一整條生的小黃瓜
3.燒餅夾菜(菜都是炒的,所以熱量破表)
1~3都會喝350cc左右的無糖豆漿or低脂鮮奶
基本上都是12在輪,一星期頂多吃一次3
午餐:1.饅頭+蛋+生菜+一整盤燙青菜(加點鹽巴和一匙干貝醬調味)
2.Subway特價餐點,不加任何醬
3.一碗飯+一整盤燙青菜(加點鹽巴和一匙干貝醬調味)+一主食(魚或肉類,非炸物)
晚餐:1.自製蔬菜滷味(高麗菜+金針菇+任何喜歡的青菜+豆干+豆腐)
2.Subway特價餐點,不加任何醬
3.湯冬粉(自製蔬菜為湯底)
4.一碗飯+一整盤燙青菜(加點鹽巴和一匙干貝醬調味)+一主食(魚或肉類)
其他:一天會吃兩次水果,份量約:一碗
ex:一碗黃色番茄
一顆蘋果
半條香蕉
如果有特別想吃點心,會選擇早上吃,像今天中午我就吃了半個蛋塔
日常作息時間:am7:00起床
am12:00睡覺
生活型態:家管
運動習慣:一天會進三次健身房 (W1~W5,六日休息)
a.慢跑30min 速度約7km/hr
b.瑜珈課1hr
c.body combat 1hr
d.飛輪50min
通常是a*2+b
或是a+d+b (一整天下來)
我的問題:預計未來想要加入重訓,想知道大約幾公斤時加入重訓輔佐會比較好?
會上body pump 或是自己做
(會先練習大肌群,選擇輕,但組數多的方式進行)
另外菜單或是運動方式是否還需要改進呢?謝謝
