早餐: 三明治+紅茶 or 迷你小籠包+豆漿
午餐: 一碗五穀飯 + 三種菜 (其中一項會含有肉or蛋)
晚餐: 半碗五穀飯 + 三種菜 (菜量會較午餐時份量增加)
其他:
蔬菜大概都是洋蔥、青江菜、小白菜、青椒、高麗菜、胡蘿蔔、金針菇在輪流
有買水果的時候就會吃水果,幾乎只吃芭樂、大蕃茄、葡萄柚這三種
每天食物攝取熱量在基代+-100
日常作息時間:晚上1~2點間睡覺 早上7點半起床 偶爾會睡午覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:週一~週五 踏步機40分鐘 3000下
將來考慮游泳
我的問題:
體重下降的速率很慢(開始30天 下降2公斤)
運動時的心跳速率只達120下
是不是因為運動強度不夠的關係呢?
