時力呼籲廢止仰臥起坐 滾動式修正體適能檢測

時代力量立法委員王婉諭、桃園市議員參選人呂宇晟上午在立法院舉行記者會,呼籲滾動
式修正相關體適能檢測。王婉諭表示,根據《國民體育法》、《國民體適能檢測實施辦法
》,屈膝仰臥起坐(1分鐘完整動作次數)主要是用來評估學生身體腹肌之肌力與肌耐力
。然而有關廢止仰臥起坐的聲浪其實一直存在。幾乎國內外研究都指出,仰臥起坐有可能
對於發育中的學生產生不必要的運動傷害。

是運動教練的呂宇晟表示,美軍海軍陸戰於去年(2021)正式宣布,在更能測試核心耐力
及降低風險的考量下,2年後仰臥起坐將從軍事體適能鑑測中移除並以棒式替代。而國內
、外學者研究也都指出,用力挺直腰桿的動作,會瞬間對腰椎產生很大的壓力。呂宇晟強
調,仰臥起坐可以訓練核心,是大多數人從小就一直被灌輸的錯誤觀念。核心肌群的功能
是穩定腰椎,在反覆彎曲腰椎、做多又做快的情況下,等於放棄核心穩定性,根本練不到
真正的核心。

臥推隔天手腳發麻

前天槓鈴臥推後 是沒有拉到只是比較用力 隔天起床也沒有異狀 但是當天晚上 右邊手腳開始發麻 走路右腳發麻 右手握拳打字時有麻感 沒有中風的徵狀 表情跟視力都正常 測試發麻的手還是有力 舉啞鈴都還可以 但是麻感導致動作遲緩 手指動作卡卡的 就這樣持續了兩天 請問這應該是要掛神經外科 還是神經內科 ...

仰卧臂屈伸椅子應該用平還是上斜?

各位巨巨好 小弟訓練三頭時都有做仰卧臂屈伸這個動作 一開始不太會做感覺都在做pull over 之後慢慢調整改用啞鈴做長頭就都蠻有感的 拿輕重量就感覺拉伸得很徹底 只是有時候下班時間去WG人比較多 椅子可能只剩平板不可調的比較沒人用 看Chris Bumstead最近練手的影片他做這動作是做上斜 https ...

深蹲時要用髖關節or膝蓋去帶?

以前剛練深蹲時,教練有說膝蓋要往腳指頭的方向 不可以膝內旋 後來因為有做髖關節放鬆運動&訓練大腿內收肌(sumo squat) 有時候練深蹲時,感覺胯部、內收肌也在作用 (雙腳打開的距離只有比肩膀寬一點,沒sumo squat那麼開) 所以想請問各位深蹲老手 蹲下去時,主要是靠膝蓋去往腳趾方向帶 還是靠胯 ...
