晚上快走 - 減肥

原po因為肥了六公斤
褲子都緊到爆炸~
只好開始重操減肥舊業!!!!
原本靠著游泳瘦了~維持167/58~60
現在167/64 T^T
目前靠晚上快走30分或是2KM(時速約3.8~4.5KM 好像也不到快走~"~)
就是如果走了30分鐘還沒有2KM就走到2KM~
或者走了2KM卻還沒30分就會走到30分鐘
我是買LAFIT的迷你跑步機~
所以每天都可以走~飲食部份沒有特別節制~三餐都吃
但量不多~晚上會吃水果
水果也是正常吃~沒有特別不吃也是少量
目前剛開始而已體重也沒變化
其實打了那麼長只是想問
我都是晚餐過後大約7-8點左右開始走
這樣會不會有什麼影響啊??
會不會更容易變胖還是比較不健康什麼的><
