原po老妹 最近因為工作關西回到家大概都快晚上12點了
不過每天都可以睡飽飽
個人體質而異 不過對我而言沒睡飽真的容易肥+瘦不下來
那
晚睡 但睡得飽咧?(大概早上八九點起床)
不知道是甚麼原因 瘦好慢???難道是體脂太高?(32~35游走)
因為白天好熱又沒有健身房 晚上要去上班
以前都晚上跑步天涼又不熱的
不過都有控制飲食啦
