鑒於最近體重狂飆 bmi逼近30
所以決定擬訂減重計畫
不敢說達成531的分配 但希望至少可以達到342的目標
因為是上班族 所以過去這段時間 晚餐常常買個便當吃
大概就是肥胖的原因
所以從今天起我不再買便當了
但是很苦惱到底要吃什麼 今天想了很久最後買滷味
一包統一麵 兩個海帶 一份秀真菇
但我明白這樣吃也是不健康的吃法 滷味太鹹了
要我吃個陽春麵或是麵包之類的 作不太到
因為還是希望可以有點營養價值的
希望版友可以給個建議 無法開火的外宿上班族晚餐
