晚餐都自己煮
鮮奶油50ml+牛奶50ml 毛豆 番茄 杏苞菇 咖哩塊
花椰菜 三片起司 150g牛腱 半條地瓜 一顆蛋
以上全部放到電鍋悶一小時 吃了三四碗吧 算是吃很好
六點前就吃完了 到九點了.....還覺得很飽= =''''
我目前167/58.6 算是可以吃 但是體脂有17~18
晚餐是不是應該兩個小時後肚子消化完為主?
冬天再這樣下去不行 肚子脹脹的也不好運動
