想請問各位
之前都是傍晚跑步
跑4到5公里都沒問題
但因為爬文說晨跑效果比較好
所以今天特起早起去晨跑
一開始跑就沒之前跑得輕鬆很吃力
跑完兩公里多 就沒什麼力了 開始用快走的 一公里
然後再跑一公里
原本想要在快走一公里
但開始有點頭暈 想吐了!
想請問各位有經驗的朋友!
我該怎樣作調整?
我跑前之喝了幾口水!
