瘦了六公斤體脂還是很高... - 健身

三餐內容(..根本沒控制飲食..好心虛..)
早餐:三明治+奶茶
午餐:排骨便當+-4咖啡一杯
晚餐:一碗飯一些菜,比較常吃魚肉
其他:六日常和家人大吃大喝(麻辣鍋、小火鍋..什麼都吃),偶爾偷吃消夜
基代1226 必要卡路里1655 (健身房量的)
日常作息時間:早上九點起床,晚上一、二點睡覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:天天騎腳踏車,一次大約40公里(平路)
偶爾爆走一天100公里。下雨到健身房踩健身車(一小時)
游泳(30分~1小時)、重訓(手臂、胸部、屁股)、一週一次飛輪課。
這樣運動真的很累阿...Orz...
我的問題:
半年前天天消夜胖到60公斤,體脂30%,實在是很不健康,所以開始運動減肥。
過六個月後,也就是現在,瘦了6公斤,超開心的,沒想到今天量體脂還是很高..27%阿..
體重我已經很滿意的,也不想再瘦下去,可是體脂還是過高...接下來該
怎麼做讓體脂降下來呢? 是有氧運動做不夠多嗎?
