我晨跑之前會先吃半個橘子,一小杯水,還有一疊衛生紙.
在跑步之前,會先散步個幾百公尺當暖身,
之後開始拉筋.
然後開始慢慢起步,一來將跑步姿勢調整到最舒適,
同時也可將呼吸與腳步節奏進行配合.
一般來說,習慣傍晚跑的人,換到晨跑時,跑步時,真的會有
比較會喘氣的感覺,這時試著將自己的腳步放慢,
別一開始就拿傍晚的速度換到晨跑來,
畢竟早上冷空氣的呼吸不比傍晚時好呼吸.
