晨跑對重訓的影響 - 健身

如標題,下學期想再重訓之外慢慢再加入有氧的課程
想請問如果我二四六日早上六點起來晨跑下午在做重訓
這樣會引響到重訓的品質嗎?
同一天重訓安排的不位不是大肌群大部分是肩膀跟腹部這樣的部位
中午有午休的習慣,還是板上的前輩比較建議重訓完再有氧?
請大家給點意見,謝謝
