跑步機就室內方便 空氣品質相對穩定而已
就運動方面 沒啥好處
跑步機 大腿只需要抬腿 推蹬力量履帶轉動下相對輕鬆省力
一般路跑會比跑步機費力,跑步機跑者由於訓練長期少了推蹬力量
又因為跑步機的快樂速度 自以為自己有那個速度
實際上肌力 心肺能力完全跟不上
去路跑表現會很差
經典的例子 就是偉大總統 馬英九 他就是個典型的跑步機跑者
上場自以為自己可以跑那麼快 還跟阿兜仔尬跑 最後軟腳 氣喘吁吁
