暫停運動2個多月了… - 減肥

在暫停運動之前,我已經連續運動了一年半的時間(每週頻率約5次)。運動的安排跟飲
食大約就照至底文那樣,有氧為主再加重訓,自己帶便當不餓肚子。
體重也從86降到67左右。
離我的階段目標60只剩7公斤的時候,我卻無法持續下去了。
到67、68的時候體重大停滯,只要一踏上有氧機械就很不耐,對重訓也失去興趣,感覺非
常挫敗還要面對維持運動頻率的壓力。
然後從入冬以來,完全停止運動兩個多月了。
體重也慢慢上升到大概69~70左右。
我想這就是大重量減肥的難處。
當體重下降會越來越慢是正常現象,但真的會很挫敗!
我心中真正的目標是50~55kg
請問我該如何調適自己??
