大概三年前談了戀愛開始胖了6公斤
胖到58
雖然我身高164
這樣還在標準值內
但受不了身旁的人一直說自己很胖於是開始減肥
都用健康的方式減下來
到還沒暴食前
我已經瘦了10公斤
記得最瘦的一次是48.4
然後不知道是因為那一陣子壓力大還是怎麼了
開始一個禮拜會暴食兩次
通常都是假日
我開始會去吃一些我平常碰都不會碰的東西
甜食飲料加工食品
記得有一次早餐吃了永和豆漿吃了200塊
吃完還去家樂福買巨無霸麵包 一桶冰淇淋
珍奶 綠豆湯 紅豆餅至少吃了六個 還有一個大披薩
這些東西全部在兩個小時進了我的肚子里
其實我很飽我吃不下了
但我的手還是不受控制的掏出錢包買
動腳跑出去找東西吃
我吃到反胃不舒服
但總是吃到要吐的前一刻才停止
然後又會開始懊悔
懊悔之後又覺得壓力好大就又開始吃
每個禮拜都是無限的循環
到目前為止雖然沒有其他人體重增加那麼迅速
中間有胖了3公斤
現在慢慢控制回來剩1公斤
但就在剛才
我去參加朋友社團烤肉
又開始發瘋的大吃了
我吃了一堆加工丸子百葉豆腐大概有十幾串
還有甜湯鳳梨酥
回到家又懊悔的不行
覺得人生都在吃與不吃間奮鬥
害怕自己又回到58公斤的時候
有時候覺得真的好累
好想敞開心胸放膽吃
但就會不敢一直壓抑慾望
最後又在一天爆發
