肥宅小弟我五月初是 178/58,BMI 18.3
計劃要開始增重
前15天是簡單健身(隨便動一下的等級)
我計算了基礎代謝是1540,每日TDEE是2650
16號開始逐步增加攝取到3800以上
這三週來我的體重也從58增加到65 (178cm)
想請問這樣的增重是否可以呢?需要注意哪些問題嗎?
另外我每天都有健身
目前腹部及其他地方都還沒明顯的堆積脂肪
