嘗試過乳清蛋白粉,但會有嚴重水屁,喝一兩次果斷放棄,改吃蛋白棒/蛋白威化餅來補充,
想請教一下,各位版友巨巨有沒有推薦的品牌 ? 或更好的補充方式? ...
補充:我目前都買果果堅果的威化餅... 餐間/宵夜/訓後作補充...
一個月大概要噴6千左右 感覺有點盤...是否有更好的方式呢?
