大家可以在google上翻翻圖片可以看到,練胸主要肌肥大的部位是在下胸,內胸跟上胸根
本沒有長大的空間,只要形狀有出來就夠了
發現這點以後,小弟目前只用cable由下往腰部拉,手交叉這樣,或是臥推,跟大家說,
如果你要有傲人的胸部這是捷徑,因為大家都是上班族,沒空還在練上胸內胸
胸部建立起來後加上三頭二頭,自然有妹子倒貼了,
至於背,腹,更是沒人看到,放著過年放長假再來練也是可以的
