最近幾個月練的成果 - 健身

這半年來上班幾乎都待在無塵室
實際運動的時間大概3個月左右
下班又跑步 練腹部和胸部的成果
腹部中途有中斷一個月多
後來看到這個影片就學他了 XD

而大腿是最難瘦的一個部位 XD
目前身高 184 體重 74 (再這三個月曾經到69KG可能在無塵室有缺水的現象吧)
