如題!!最近想開始減肥了!!
目前 身高177.5/體重85.3/體脂25.1/年紀24
目標 體重75左右
以下有一些問題
1.就是減肥期間,可以吃餅乾(樂事.多利多滋等等)嗎??
不菸不酒..單純愛吃零食(1、2天1包)..吃下一包操場需要多跑多久??
2.鄭多燕自創的塑型有氧~有效嗎??有人嘗試過嗎??大概跳的頻率是?
3.跑步減肥的話,大概頻率是幾天1次??每次幾分鐘??比較不會造成膝蓋負擔..
(晚上跑比較還好,還是白天跑比較好?)大熱天跑效益會比較高嗎?
4.如果健身,體脂肪會下降嗎??男生體脂肪大概要多少比較健康??
5.中醫的埋線,是不是要看個人體質?不一定會成功減重??
之前大二、大三沒有刻意減肥,比較閒.幾乎天天都在打羽球,不知不覺從就86掉到75
大四畢業後去年6月到今年2月...很多飯局.而且幾乎都去吃吃到飽..
大概就吃了20次左右呵呵..體重爆衝到88.5KG...
暑假想認真減肥..可是羽球不能常去打..想透過節食、跑步或者有氧來減重
有人可以提供一點意見嗎??或是幫我解惑~感謝大家!!
